On the site in the northern part of Kolding, where the award-winning Company House® I–III were previously built.

Offering great visibility overlooking Vejlevej, three connected blocks are being constructed, with fully furnished and functional shared facilities on the ground floor. Here visitors are welcomed into the building’s foyer/lounge area, breakfast can be enjoyed in the shared canteen and meeting rooms can be booked for all occasions.
