Kontorværket - phase two

Great location with short distance to Copenhagen city center. Easily accessible by bike, car as well as public transport.

The southern part of Valby, Copenhagen, is undergoing major changes. Previously, the area has been synonymous with manufacturing industry, but in these years, it is undergoing a rapid development that allows room for other types of businesses.

A number of significant companies are already residing in the area, which offers exciting history as well as a great potential for new, attractive urban spaces.

Unique project opportunity

Throughout time, the plot has been used for various types of industry. In recent times, the pharmaceutical group H. Lundbeck A/S has used the site for stock and administration.

Excellent infrastructure

The site is located just 100 meters from Ny Ellebjerg station, which with the extension of the metro, the coming Ringsted railway and frequent bus departures will become a hub for public transport with very good local, regional, national and international connections. In addition, it is easy to get to and from the motorway network, and Copenhagen Airport can be reached in just 20 minutes.

The project

"Kontorværket" consists of two buildings shaped respectively as an H and a cube. The cube building is fully leased to the biotech company Genmab, who will take occupancy in the second quarter of 2023 when the house is completed. The H-building also has great potential as a domicile for a larger company, but it is also obvious to design building H as a Company House® that can accommodate several different companies. Leases can therefore vary in size from 3,000 to 14,000 m2.
