Skejby Company Park, Skejby

Last remaining commercial plots in Skejby, northern Aarhus.

NCC Property Development has acquired one of the last remaining commercial plots in Skejby in northern Aarhus. The plot measures 48,000 m² in total and may be developed for up to 24,000 m² commercial/educational properties, Company Houses or head offices. The land where the new Company Park will be established is Tueager, located between Skejby Hospital and Vestas’ new headquarters.  For NCC, the area in Skejby has exactly the qualities needed to create an attractive business park. The three Company Houses that NCC has already built in Skejby measure a total of 20,000 m².

  • Skejby has seen colossal development over the past 7 years. In that time, we have leased and built 3 Company Houses and 1 headquarters in Skejby.
  • The current tenants in Skejby Company House are the best ambassadors for the area and for our Company House concept. They are pleased with the good access to the area, and the employees enjoy the modern new premises with their many shared facilities.
  • The following businesses are based in Skejby Company House: COK, Energi Danmark, Maersk, DNU, HP, Eniro, Topdanmark, Codan, 3M, NNIT, Prevas, Vestas and Dansikring.

New roads are being laid in the area in conjunction with the expansion of Skejby Hospital, and this combines with the coming light rail link from Aarhus C, with a station right by the new business park, to ensure optimum access.

Company Park in Skejby will deliver modern, flexible office blocks that offer the perfect home for an individual company, but that also create opportunities for synergies between different businesses under the same roof.

The whole building will be designed with flexible interiors and appropriate use of resources.

Shared benefits

The building’s tenants share the canteen, meeting rooms, large conference room and fitness facilities. This way, the tenants can enjoy a higher standard and a broader range of facilities than they would have been able to obtain individually. There are relaxed common areas where employees can meet up and establish valuable contacts across industry boundaries.

Light rail

  • The plan is for the first phase of the light rail line to be completed in 2017.
  • The first phase involves a 12 kilometer stretch from down town along Nørrebrogade and Randersvej via the hospital in Skejby and out to Lisbjerg. Here the light rail will connect with the Grenåbanen line via a new interchange at Lystrup. Light rail access

The light rail line will connect down town to the Grenåbanen line, and via Aarhus Central Station it will also connect with the Odderbanen line. The first phase of the light rail line will be a key element in the development of new urban growth areas around Lisbjerg, Elev and Skødstrup to the north and Beder and Malling to the south.
