PP11– office building in Oslo

In Lysaker, we are now constructing a highly visible office building along the E18, just outside the Oslo border. 1,500 sqm are still vacant on the top floor! The building has very good accessibility and offers a unique profiling towards the E18.

PP11 has easy access via walkway from Lysaker station. Buses run frequently in the immediate vicinity. The building is also very well adapted for bicycles.

Nemko moves into PP11

In PP11, Nemko will have their new head office. In the building consisting of four floors, Nemko will have a laboratory/test room on the 1st and half 2nd floor, as well as offices in the remaining part of the 2nd and 3rd floor.

A green outdoor area will be created between PP11 and PP9, where there will be a walkway / running track that connects the property to the underlying football field and the existing hiking trail. This area will be available to both office users and the general public.

An optimal building for the users

Philip Pedersen's Road 9 and 11 have both been developed by NCC Property Development and designed by Henning Larsen Architects. The aim of the projects have been to develop buildings that function optimally for the user and which are adapted to the requirements of the future for workplaces, flexibility and efficiency.

Strict environmental requirements

To reduce the environmental impact during the construction phase as well as waste, energy and water use deriving from activities on the construction site are monitored and reported. The construction site is a "green construction site", which includes guidelines for air and water pollution, environmentally friendly material use, purchasing of construction materials and energy use during the period.

The materials chosen in the project are based on products with low emissions, which contribute to a healthy and good indoor environment. Water-saving equipment has been installed for toilets, cranes and showers, as well as technical equipment and lighting with low energy consumption.
