Philip Pedersens Vei 9 – PP9

Are you prepared for the future?

The best tool for your business

PP9 is being developed by NCC Property Development and designed by Henning Larsen Architects. The aim of the project is to create a building that works perfectly for the user and that is tailored to future requirements concerning the work environment, flexibility and efficiency. PP9 is the optimal tool for business success, with the shared facilities, the architecture and the green surroundings making PP9 an inviting and pleasant place for employees and visitors alike. PP9 is the final phase in the development of the high-profile plots along the E18 in Lysaker. Meet the future in PP9!

The square - the heart of the building

The original inspiration is a tree, with the trunk in the center forming the heart of the building, while an attractive staircase winds up through the levels and past the “squares” that form the social zones on each floor. Branching out from the trunk are effective and flexible open-plan offices, which can also easily be separated into different departments or split up between several tenants.

Dynamic between visibility and greenery

The tree is rooted in the main entrance with its reception and canteen, a light, open space that offers views to the green area outside. The staircase invites you up through the building, accompanied by a tree that has been planted as a symbol of green growth. A gym on the first level means that any employee who wants to keep in shape or take a break from work can easily do so in a fantastic and brand-new facility. Outside there are plans for outdoor fitness equipment and a running track. The company might even have football training at Tjernsmyra. There are good cycle paths to PP9 and the planned cycle parking will come with its very own bike wash.

Room for wellbeing

PP9 has all the features of a superb full-service concept. On the first floor, in the building’s company restaurant, you can enjoy delicious and healthy meals during the working day. In addition to the daily service of breakfast and lunch, the restaurant can stay open in the evening for events. Or why not start the day with a coffee in the coffee bar? The canteen is designed so that it can be opened up onto the green outdoor space in the summer so people can sit and eat their lunch in the middle of a green oasis. The other option is to take your lunch or a coffee up to the roof terrace on floor 7, which gets the sun late into the evening.
