Easily accessible location
Over the next three to four years, major changes will take place in the municipality of Mölndal, which is situated south of Gothenburg and has grown to merge with the Gothenburg urban area. The town has a strategically advantageous location close to the major arterial roads, the E6 and E20, as well as the West Coast and Coast to Coast rail lines.
Mölndals Galleria is being integrated with its surroundings. Since a public transport hub with trains, buses and trams is located adjacent to Mölndals Galleria, the location also offers excellent possibilities for signage.
A place to enjoy
Satisfied visitors form the foundation for a successful shopping center, and visitors have been involved in the development of the mall right from the start. Their views have been taken into account during the development of Mölndals Galleria. Food, drink, entertainment and socializing in addition to first-rate service and, naturally, shopping will transform the retail center into a meeting place and an extra living room.
A wide range in the form of a mix of major retail chains and specialist stores, generous opening hours, excellent parking facilities, delicious food and cozy cafés, combined with a comfortable and inspiring environment, were the principal factors named by most Mölndal residents. All of this is reflected in the development of Mölndals Galleria.
Plenty of service
Mölndals Galleria and its surroundings will provide a complete range of services in terms of housing, workplaces and shopping. In other words, the mall will play a key role in bolstering the city center of Mölndal. New housing and worksites are also appearing in the vicinity. Sights including Gunnebo House and Gardens, the ÅbyTravet racetrack and the Mölndal Museum are just a stroll away from the mall.
Knutpunkt Mölndalsbro, a public transport hub used by about 4.7 million people per year, is located close to Mölndals Galleria. The hub includes rail, tram and bus connections. It is also possible to rent a space in the bicycle garage for those who want to combine cycling with public transport. A total of just over 1,500 parking places will be available in this new Mölndal city district.

- Bus stop – 100 meters from the mall
- Train services (commuter, regional and long-distance traffic) – 150 meters from the mall
