Kolding Retail Park

The retail park sits on the main approach to Kolding Storcenter, on the corner of Vejlevej and Skovvangen. Vejlevej is one of the key traffic nodes, with around 21,000 cars passing by on a daily basis.

Location

The retail park is prominently visible on busy Vejlevej and has Jutland’s biggest shopping mall, Kolding Storcenter, as its nearest neighbor. Kolding Storcenter has 6.5 million visitors a year and the site attracts customers from a very large catchment area, due to its huge range. It is described by some as Southwest Denmark’s best retail center.

Access and parking

The retail park offers optimum infrastructure, with particularly easy access from the motorway and the major highways and roads in the area. There are junctions for the E20 and E45 motorways within a few kilometers.

The central location next to Kolding Storcenter, combined with the ideal infrastructure, ensures a strong customer flow for the stores from day one.

Parking is available right outside the stores, with more than 200 spaces and no restrictions.

Area

Kolding Storcenter is the most significant shopping mall for the entire Triangle Region, with over 120 specialist stores, Bilka and cinema screens. Kolding Storcenter is Jutland’s largest shopping mall under one roof, and is flanked on all sides by superstores, plant nurseries and DIY stores. The mall and the whole area are firmly fixed in the customers’ consciousness, attracting shoppers from a very wide area – as far south as Southern Jutland up to Vejle and into Fyn.

Kolding Retail Park lies at the heart of this shopping park, on the route from the motorways into central Kolding. This is the perfect location for stores with particularly bulky products, such as cars, motorhomes, plants and gardening supplies, carpets, white goods, furniture, kitchens, etc. and can also be used for hospitality and administration.

Rental properties

Three rental properties are available, all with smart entrances that make customers and visitors feel welcome. The rental properties are placed at the tenant’s disposal with attractive standard furnishings, new ceilings and floors, plus a kitchenette and toilet facilities.
