Alberga consists of five office buildings, three of which have been completed. The layout has been planned to be efficient and easily modifiable according to each company's needs. Transport connections

Alberga Business Park is in a central location in the immediate vicinity of the Leppävaara railway station, Sello shopping centre and other Leppävaara services.

Alberga is easy to reach with public transport, by car, on foot or by bike. Alberga offers good parking spaces for bikes, together with dressing and washing rooms. Numerous buses and local trains travel through the Leppävaara station. The centre of Helsinki is 10 minutes away by train, and the airport can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.

The parking levels on cellar floors of Alberga and the nearby parking garage offer parking spaces for employees. Guests can park right in front of the building.

Environmental issues

Alberga is one of the first energy class A 2007 buildings in Finland. Alberga will be built up to the Very Good level of the international BREEAM environmental certification system.
