Shopping Centre Sello

The third major commercial centre in the Helsinki Metropolitan region was opened to the public in September 2005 in Leppävaara, Espoo.

The Shopping Centre Sello is a modern commercial and service centre with the most extensive and diverse service selection in the attractive Espoo market area. The attractive mall houses more than 160 stores and restaurants, including the hypermarkets Citymarket and Maxi, several specialty stores as well as commercial and cultural services (such as a music hall and a library). Thus, Sello is the Helsinki Metropolitan region’s third true commercial centre in addition to Itäkeskus and downtown Helsinki.

Sello is located in the Leppävaara district of Espoo, along Ring Road I and close to the Turku motorway. Sello is easy to reach by car or bicycle, or on foot, by bus or by train via the new Leppävaara public transport terminal. Connections for those using their own car are excellent thanks to the Turku motorway and Ring Roads I and II.
