NCC’s Nomination Committee proposes that the Board of Directors, insofar as it is elected by the Annual General Meeting, comprise eight members with no deputies. The Nomination Committee proposes the election of Angela Langemar Olsson as new member.
Angela is Senior Investment Manager at Nordstjernan AB. She has been CFO of Nordstjernan AB for fifteen years. Previously, she was also Group Controller at Hufvudstaden AB and Assistant Controller at Swedish Match AB. She is furthermore a member of the WinGroup AG board. Angela Langemar Olsson was born in 1970 and holds an MSc in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
The Nomination Committee proposes reelection of the current Board members: Chairman Tomas Billing (member since 1999, Chairman since 2001), Geir Aarstad (member since 2017), Viveca Ax:son Johnson (member since 2014), Carina Edblad (member since 2014), Mats Jönsson (member since 2017), Ulla Litzén (member since 2008) and Birgit Nørgaard (member since 2017).

The Nomination Committee’s other proposals will be presented in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting on March 8, 2018.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 4:30 p.m. on April 11, 2018 at Vinterträdgården, Grand Hôtel, in Stockholm, Sweden.
