Bonava - the new brand name for NCC Housing

A new brand is born for NCC Housing: Bonava. The brand is focused on creating value for customers and will bring the heritage, people and knowledge of NCC Housing into the future.

The Swedish bo means living and nav means hub. That is what Bonava is all about. Bonava does not just build houses - Bonava creates homes and neighbourhoods where people live their lives.

“The name will serve as a reminder that we create both homes and neighbourhoods. Our vision is to create happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life. We understand that this means different things to different people and that it might vary over time. Regardless we have decided to try to figure this out together with our customers and stakeholders, as a starting point of our journey,” says Joachim Hallengren, Business Area Manager, NCC Housing.

The brand is planned to be launched during 2016 in all eight markets. Until then more information is available at bonava.com.

Provided that the Annual General Meeting of NCC on April 12th 2016 resolves in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, and Nasdaq Stockholm approves Bonava’s listing application, the distribution of shares and listing of Bonava is expected to be effected during 2016.
